Well done to Ben Jones for his second place in the annual 3 mile Grenochase. Ben had a slightly slower time of 15.54 this year compared to his winning time of 15.41 last year but a great result nonetheless. The winner was Connor Henderson in 15.26. The first woman home was Gemma Woodhead in 17.53.
In all there were 89 runners, including 3 Striders. Well done to you all.
