Race Date: Sunday 10th August 2025

A 7 mile trail race located between Sheffield and the edge of the Peak District, the Bradway Blitz is new to the race calendar in 2025. The route is described as scenic, passing through woodland and farmland and with some challenging climbs. With no marshals or downloadable maps, runners instead rely on written instructions distributed pre race, and you choose your own start time within a 8:45am to 11am window.

Three Striders were among 33 runners who lined up for the Blitz. The men’s race was won by our own Tom Hughes in a time of 01:03:37, well done Tom! Lynn Higgs of Rutland Run and Tri Club won the women’s race in a time of 01:12:43.
