Race Date: Sunday 17th August 2025
Race 4 out of 6 in this year’s Trail 10 series. The weather was better for this outing to Chapeltown compared to last year which made it easier for me to set the course out on the top loop and also easier for everyone to follow the course. I don’t think anyone took a wrong turn which was a relief.
59 runners for this event with the male winner being our very own Luke Tipping in 38.01 and the female winner being Zanthe Wray of DPFR in 42.20.
Well done to all the Striders attending with special mention to Harriet Davies for being 2nd placed female.
Further thanks go to all the marshals for helping out. Without you, these events would not take lace – you’re all great. Cheers.
