Race Date: Friday 11th July 2025
I think the searing heat during the day did away with many of the potential runners in the annual Striders 10k race at Ladybower.
From what I heard however, the 48 runners and all the marshals and supporters had a great time and a great feed in the village hall afterwards. We’ll do it all again next year and hope for some average weather conditions.
Well done to Seth Kirby for winning the male race in 36.39 and to Kathy Liddiard for winning the female race in 44.33 and, as always, a massive thanks to all the volunteers and organisers who put time and effort into making this event happen.
